I offer both short term and long term counselling and psychotherapy for as long as you are finding it helpful and productive. Continuity and regularity are important to the process of therapy.

Seeking out counselling takes courage, therefore I provide a free 10 minute telephone consultation prior to progressing to sessions.
Individual sessions- 50 mins £65

Couples sessions - 50 mins £85

Family sessions - 50 mins £85

I provide Virtual or Telephone sessions:

Individuals 50 mins £65

Couples 50 mins £85
Concessions - some reduced fees are available to those on low income or counselling students

Cancellations
If a counselling session is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, you are expected to pay the full fee for the missed session. I aim to give you as much notice possible if I need to cancel a session.

Holidays and Breaks
I will notify you well in advance regarding any planned holidays and breaks during our work together. It would be most helpful if you could give me as much notice as you can.
