I offer both short-term and long-term counselling and psychotherapy. We will work together for as long as you feel the process is supportive, meaningful, and beneficial. Therapy is most effective when there is continuity and regularity, allowing a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship to develop over time. We will review our work together periodically to ensure it continues to meet your needs.
Taking the step to seek counselling requires courage. To make this first step feel more comfortable, I offer a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation. This provides an opportunity for you to briefly share what has brought you to therapy and for us to consider whether working together feels right.

A limited number of concessionary spaces are available for counselling students and those on a low income. Please feel free to enquire.
Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full session fee will be payable.
If I need to cancel a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment where available.
Holidays & Breaks
I will notify you well in advance of any planned holidays or breaks during our work together. If you are planning time away, I would appreciate as much notice as possible so we can plan accordingly and maintain continuity.
